Can I use my own Whatsapp number?

Yes, you can use any mobile number you want. If your number is already being used with WhatsApp, you have to delete that WhatsApp account from that mobile before you go through the integration process. This is done from the WhatsApp app (Settings > Account > Delete my account).

How long does it take to integrate with Whatsapp?

The integration process is very fast, in minutes you can have your number working in Uniboxi.

How much and how does WhatsApp charge to use its API?

WhatsApp charges are conversation-based and vary depending on who initiates a conversation: User-initiated (such as a consumer requesting support) or business-initiated (such as a post-purchase notification). Rates for these conversations vary by country or region, depending on the consumer’s phone number.

Can I try Uniboxi with multiple users?

Yes, you can add all the users you want.

Is there a limit of WhatsApp conversations during the trial period?

No, during the trial period you can have unlimited conversations. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Master, Visa and most of the credit cards available. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for annual plans for orders over US$2,000.

What happens at the end of the trial?

At the end of the trial period you will be invited to choose a paid plan in order to keep using Uniboxi.
