1) Service Detail

Uniboxi is a web application that allows you to manage the conversations that companies have with their customers using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, the 3 main means of communication that exist today.

2) Service duration

Una vez que alguien contrata el servicio suscribiéndose a un plan mensual, comienza el contrato indefinido, el cual puede ser cancelado por las partes con al menos 30 días de anticipación. Para dar de baja el servicio se debe informar por correo electrónico al mail admin@uniboxi.com.

3) Whatsapp prices

The prices that WhatsApp charges for using its API are paid at the customer’s expense.

In the case of mass messages, WhatsApp’s charge for outgoing messages will be charged to the credit card before sending. At the end of the month, a final calculation is made with all WhatsApp charges and advance payments are recorded as credit.

5) Conditions

The amounts charged by Uniboxi are independent of the charges made by WhatsApp for the use of its API, which must be paid by the client.
The use of Uniboxi is subject to the rules established by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram for the use of their API.

The amounts charged by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are determined exclusively by these companies and may change over time. Uniboxi has no influence on these charges, so each client must be aware of these costs and pay them according to their use.

The payments that Uniboxi makes for the use of each client’s WhatsApp API are by credit card, so they have a surcharge percentage according to the rate of the company that makes the transaction.

Uniboxi is not responsible for failures in the WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other linked channel API.

Uniboxi is a software that interacts with several APIs, so it may have operating problems, computer attacks or any other problem to which these systems are affected. The technical team will work as a priority, within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the problem, to solve any operating problem.

Uniboxi may change the prices of its service by informing administrative users by email thirty days in advance.

When a client’s payment fails and is not regularized within a maximum period of 3 days. Uniboxi will suspend the account until the payment is regularized. After 1 month all records will be deleted.

6) Limitation of Liability

Customer acknowledges and agrees that use of the software carries inherent risks, and the entire risk arising from the use and performance of the software rests with Customer.

7) Risk Assumption

Customer acknowledges and agrees that use of the software carries inherent risks, and the entire risk arising from the use and performance of the software rests with Customer.

8) Acceptance of Terms

By using Uniboxi, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions described in this document.
